Haven Sites is a productized web design service delivering professional websites for small business owners — built on the craft and quality standards of Blue Haven Studio.
The wordmark pairs Cormorant Garamond Italic (Haven) with Inter Bold Caps (SITES) to create tension between editorial warmth and digital precision — the two pillars of what Haven Sites delivers.
Haven Sites inherits the BHS color system. Teal is used exclusively as accent — never as background on large areas. Charcoal replaces pure black for warmth. Cream replaces pure white for softness.
We know what we're doing. We don't need to over-explain it or pad it with corporate speak. Say it once, say it cleanly.
"Your website, done right. In days."
BHS clients are established professionals. Haven Sites speaks to them as peers — respectful, direct, never bro-marketing or startup hype.
"Your business deserves a home that reflects it."
Never use jargon to sound smart. Never use "leverage" or "synergy." Plain language at a high level signals more confidence than vocabulary.
"Simple pricing. No surprises."
Every page, email, and headline should move someone toward a decision. Lead with outcomes, not process. Benefits, not features.
"Get your site live in 5 days."
| Element | Do | Don't |
|---|---|---|
| Logo | Use on cream, charcoal, or teal backgrounds only. Always keep "Haven" italic and "Sites" caps. | Don't stretch, recolor, or use on photographic backgrounds without a scrim. |
| Colors | Cream for large backgrounds. Charcoal for text. Teal for accents, links, and highlights only. | Don't use teal for large backgrounds or fill buttons. Don't add new colors without BHS approval. |
| Typography | Cormorant for headings and editorial. Inter for all functional text. | Don't use Georgia, Times New Roman, or any other serif. Don't bold Cormorant Garamond for headlines. |
| Tone | Lead with outcomes. Be specific. Use "you/your." | Don't use corporate jargon, exclamation points, or emoji in formal comms. |
| Attribution | Always include "A Blue Haven Studio Product" in the full logo lockup. | Don't remove the BHS attribution. Haven Sites is a BHS product, not a standalone company. |
